Dieghigno 1.836 Posted May 18, 2016 La fermentazione orizzontale è un incontro di natura fisica, tra 2 uomini (malto e luppolo) e una donna (acqua), che ha come scopo la (ri)produzione di birra. Esiste la variante IPA con molti luppoli ( vedi orgia). Recentemente si sta legalizzando anche la variante senz'acqua, ma la chiesa e una parte dell'opinione pubblica sono contrari in quanto non si genera birra al termine del processo.
