Ciao a tutti!! Dovrò fare una Amber Ale, voglio che si sentano molto i malti...

La ricetta in e +g è

Estratto liquido light 2,4 kg

Estratto secco amber 1kg

Malti per infusione: 500gr Crystal e 200gr di Caramel pils

Luppolo: cascade 25g 60 min

Cascate 25g 30 min

Cascade 20gr 15 min

Sono indeciso sul lievito da utilizzare, penso US-05 fermentis.... mi date qualche consiglio per farepredominare i malti?
