la ricetta ci sta pulita lineare,gran lievito; a gusto personale metterei qualche grammo di luppolo anche verso i 15 ma stilisticamente è più corretta senza

efficenza al 60% in teoria dovresti prenderla tranquillamente ( nelle prime cotte in biab senza ricircolo e controllo ph arrivavo anche sul 70, ma se è la prima meglio essere cautelativi verso il basso )

 

però fammi solo dire che col 50% di weizen la sacca la vuoi mettere subito sotto stress :P
