Info Priming

Ciao a tutti, se volessi utilizzare del mosto al posto dello zucchero semplice per il priming che calcoli dovrei fare? Mettendo il caso di voler arrivare a 2.5/2.6 volumi e che la birra ha fermentato a 10 gradi e quindi penso 1,17 vol di co2 siano gia disciolti. :)

Hai un rifrattometro per misurare il contenuto zuccherino del mosto? Perchè se non sai quanto zucchero stai veramente aggiungendo hai voglia a fare calcoli...
