gun80 2 Posted December 22, 2016 salve potete aiutarmi non capisco una cosa .la mia birra e 8 giorni in fermentazione adesso per fare pausa per il diacetile devo travasare prima e portare a 16_18 gradi ,ho non devo travasare e portare t a16 -18 per 4 giorni e poi travasare e portare a 2 gradi per 30 giorni e giusto .grazie a tutti per l aiuto,ho letto tante cose ma mi hanno confuso ancora di piu Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
bore 96 Posted December 22, 2016 (edited) alzi la t a 15°C per un paio di giorni, poi la scelta è tua: abbassi a 2°C per 3-4 settimane, travasi e imbottigli; travasi, imbottigli e tieni le bottiglie a 2°C. io ho sempre lagherizzato in fermentatore e poi imbottigliato senza aggiunte di lievito con buoni risultati... gun80 2 Posted December 23, 2016 scusate,i miei dubbi sono quanti travasi vanno fatti? e quando?. la birra aveva OG 1050 oggi sono passati 10 giorni in frigo a una temperatura di10 gradi e la OG e 1018 per arrivare ha una FG 1015 .QUALE LA PROCEDURA PIU CORRETTA? 1 ASPETTO CHE ARRIVI FG 1015 TRAVASO E FACCIO RESET DIACELYT2 non travaso e subito faccio RESET DIACELYT3 travaso rimetto in frigo ha 10 gradi aspetto che OG arrivi 1015 e poi faccio RESET DIACELYTgrazie a tutti per la pazienza e vi auguro buone feste Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
