Simone11 708 Posted October 6, 2016 Assaggiata stasera dopo aver effettuato un priming per ottenere 2,2/2,3 vol Dopo 6 giorni di bottiglia ha ancora un po di puzzetta di lievito che solitamente va via ma si sente bene il limone/citronella/agrumi a caso dovuti al luppolo In bocca amaro rotondo equilibrato, pane, crosta di pane e cereali In bocca si sente che è abbastanza corposa e l amaro resta persistente Tuttavia se dovessi rifarla aumentei la gittata in amaro, ma come non detto a mia madre, mia zia e sorella è piaciuta Una birra da checche insomma Unico neo schiuma che mi si smontano in tre secondi mannaggia Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
