Peperin 1.190 Posted June 12, 2015 (edited) è un paesino sulle colline del Gavi, vicino a Novi Ligure, veramente un buco La cosa interessante è che è sede della Confraternita della Grande Schiuma, che è stato un vero laboratorio dell'amore per la birra in italia. Nasce nel 2003, che è preistoria in un certo senso Dal giro della Grande Schiuma è uscito ad esempio Fausto Marenco, che è il mastro birraio di Maltus Faber. e poi a Pasturana c'è il birrificio Pasturana, che ai tempi rilevò la vecchia sede della Confraternita. Io alla festa sono stato due anni fa, e mi piacque molto perchè ti davano la possibilità di assaggiare tantissimo, e i prezzi erano davvero abbordabili, anche del cibo! E mangiate la Carbonade!!! SBAV! PS per Metiu. La cosa che mi piace di questo festival è che le birre non le scelgono i birrifici, ma gli organizzatori, e quindi, citando la mai ragazza, "è difficile che alla spina ci sia l'ultimo parto malato della mente del birraio" PSdelPS tra poco recensisco nell'apposita sezione, per chi fosse interessato.
