1.3 g/L Hallertau Tradition (5.7% Alpha) @ 90 Minutes (Boil)
0.9 g/L Saaz (3.6% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Boil)
1.1 g/L Saaz (3.6% Alpha) @ 5 Minutes (Boil)
Fermented at 20°C with Safbrew T-58
Notes: Fasi di ammostamento:
1° step: PROTEIN REST 52°C per 20 min.
2° step: MASH 63°C per 50 min.
3° step: MASH 68°C per 50 min.
4° step: MASH-OUT 78°C per 10 min.
